Who is Celcode?
Celcode Dermal Lab Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore skincare and haircare formulation and manufacturing company, incorporated in June 2018 and based at Yu Li Industrial Building in Geylang. It develops custom and ready formulations in its in-house laboratory and manufactures finished products for beauty brands, aesthetic clinics and salons under a quality system certified by the Health Sciences Authority for cosmetic GMP.
Who we are
Celcode was founded by industry veterans as a dermatological laboratory specialising in customised skincare and haircare formulations. Since then we have worked with medical doctors, skincare professionals and skincare brands, and built a reputation for scientifically driven formulation, high-quality ingredients and an efficient end-to-end OEM process.
We are a formulation company first. Every product we manufacture starts in our own laboratory, where our chemists define the base, select the actives and refine samples with the client until the benchmark sample is agreed.

How we work
Our R&D philosophy focuses on four factors in every formulation: efficiency, penetration, absorption and uniqueness. We source ingredients from suppliers around the world and, where a brief calls for it, combine several lines of research in a single product.
The work follows two documented processes: the formulation process, which takes a brief to a benchmark sample and a regulatory check, and the product development journey, which carries that sample through packaging, manufacturing and delivery.

What we can formulate
Depending on the brief, formulations can be developed to be paraben-free, sulfate-free (SLS/SLES-free), phthalate-free, free from drying alcohol, cruelty-free, vegan-friendly, or suitable for Halal consumers. Organic positioning is possible where the ingredient supply supports it. Each attribute is confirmed per formulation, and claims are substantiated before they appear on a label.
