Privacy policy
This policy explains how Celcode Dermal Lab Pte. Ltd. ("Celcode", "we") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data through this website, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Details you give us. When you send a product brief or an enquiry we collect your name, company, email address, mobile number and the information you provide about your project.
- Context of your enquiry. To reply usefully we record the page you arrived on, the pages you viewed before sending the form, the referring site and any campaign parameters in the address (for example utm_source).
- Technical data. Our hosting provider and analytics tools record your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of visit.
Why we use it
- To respond to your brief or enquiry and prepare proposals.
- To manage our relationship with you if you become a client.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on the PDPA's provisions for responding to a request you have made. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing email without your consent.
Who we share it with
We use service providers who process data on our behalf: website hosting and edge delivery (Vercel), secure lead storage (a database hosted in the Singapore region), transactional email delivery, and Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads for measurement. These providers may process data outside Singapore; where they do, we take steps to ensure the data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tags. These set cookies that help us understand traffic and measure enquiries. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site continues to work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and brief data for as long as it is needed to respond to you and, if a project proceeds, for the duration of our relationship and any period required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as record keeping. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to its use. To do so, email contactus@celcode.com. We will respond within the time allowed by the PDPA.
Security
Forms are submitted over an encrypted connection. Stored data is protected by access controls and is available only to the staff who need it to respond to you.
